The oxygen plant takes air from the surrounding environment, which normally comprises 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and 1% of argon and other gases. Meanwhile, the first Zeolite bed is made free of nitrogen by taking off the pressure exerted on it for nitrogen desorption. Therefore, the PSA plant can work tirelessly to produce pure oxygen in hospitals.
